Hello Families,
The excitement around Halloween is in the air! Here are some things to keep in mind when planning a costume:
- Costumes are only worn in the afternoon on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Children will have an opportunity to change at lunch, please make sure they are able to put their costumes on independently. In addition we request the costumes are school appropriate and do not have any face masks, weapons, blood, gore, etc.
- Our school-wide Halloween Parade happens in the afternoon, families welcome to come watch.
- Morning kindergarten students will do a mini-parade in the morning.
- We will celebrate in our classroom by having a small Halloween celebration (afternoon only) where students can play games with one another. If you'd like to pack an extra snack for that day or a small, easy to eat, healthy treat for the class to enjoy feel free!
